CHAT ROOM RULES:

  1. No cursing
  2. No sexual statements
  3. No spamming
  4. No 3rd party advertising including advertising for rival sites
  5. Nothing that would hurt anyone in any way
  6. Nothing that would violate the Terms and Conditions
  7. Do not join rooms if you do not meet the age Requirements.
  8. No Posting Personal Information
  9. No Shouting: Do not use all capital letters when posting messages. The use of all capital letters when posting a message in a in a chat room or during an Instant Messaging session is considered shouting and very poor manners.
  10. No Flaming: Do not engage or participate in any activities directly or indirectly which harass, threaten, abuse or intimidate other users.
  11. No Disrespectful Behavior
  12. No Cyber Romancing
  13. No Inappropriate Role Playing
  14. Do not impersonate any staff member.
  15. Do not argue with the staff : if they correct you or tell you to do something follow there instructions or you could be banned from the chat.

 

 

GEFNET COMMUNITY CHAT ("GCC") supports free speech. However we also recognize the importance for people to respect the rights of others. Our goal is to create a fun and exciting environment which also means a place where we don't tolerate behavior that is harmful to others. Our rules are pretty basic by which we all agree to help support the creation of a free, inviting and vibrant place to chat with others in the GEFNET community. So, please read this agreement and abide by the rules set fourth.

GCC, as a matter of policy, does not prescreen or monitor all information or dialogue. However, GCC has the right, but not the responsibility, to remove any information or dialogue which is deemed in GCC's sole discretion harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of any rules GCC has in place at the time.

INDEMNIFICATION:
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless GCC, GEFNET, its affiliated companies, its employees, contractors, officers and directors, from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from breach of the terms of this Agreement, or in connection with, the transmission of any Information to any GCC Chat.

You automatically agree to these rules/agreement if you continue to use GCC, these rules/agreement apply even if you didn't take the time to read through it. Abide by whats listed and you will have no problems on GCC.
